YOU MUST READ, AGREE, AND ELECTRONICALLY 'SIGN' THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU CAN JOIN GODDESSPOST.COM. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY. IF THERE IS ANY PART YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR AGREE TO, PLEASE DO NOT JOIN.

1. By enrolling in the Goddesspost.com Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change by Goddesspost.com (Fax 2000 Pty. Ltd., Australia) at any time, and changes are effective upon the posting of them on the page that you are now reading. (These terms and conditions are just common sense, but unfortunately in today's world we do have to state them.)
2. You understand that Goddesspost.com is owned by "Fax 2000 Pty Ltd" in Australia and all charges will be the Australian dollar equivalent to amount given on the Step 1 sign-up page at the time of purchase.
3. Club subscribers are responsible for paying periodic subscription fees according to the then-current billing terms. Fees may be paid online at Goddesspost.com with a valid credit card. Concerns regarding this policy should be sent to support@goddesspost.com.
   (If for any reason you are unhappy with your subscription, don't complain to your mother, don't complain to your credit card company, don't complain to your dog or cat, and don't hold it in and harbour resentment. Instead, let us know how and/or why you are unhappy and give us a chance to see if there is anything we can do to make you a little happier.)
4. Subscriptions may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber agrees to immediately inform Goddesspost.com of any apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a Subscriber's password or other account data. A Subscriber's liability in cases of unauthorized use of the Goddesspost.com system may raise substantially in cases where Subscriber is aware of security breach but does not inform Goddesspost.com of such breech in a timely manner. Unauthorized access to Goddesspost.com is a violation of law. (This is a sreious matter --Don't Give Out Your Password to Other People!)
5. Subscriptions to Goddesspost.com may be terminated at any time, with or without just cause, by either Goddesspost.com or the Subscriber upon written notification to the other. Subscribers are liable for all charges, including memberships purchased, up to and until end of current membership period. If you choose to have automatic membership renewals on this system, then later decide to cancel your membership, you must let us know 7 days before rebilling is due.
6. Subscribers, particularly those on automatic rebill, agree to email support@goddesspost.com and advise if they plan to go away on a vacation, business trip, or if they will be in a situation where they cannot check email, so that they can arrange for their account to expire at the end of the current billing period. If you fail to do this, then you agree to pay for all account renewals which occur whilst you are away. You will always receive a written response from support@goddesspost.com to confirm that you have contacted us - you cannot claim your email got "lost in cyberspace" after the fact.
7. Users must accept that if they submit a photo or joke to win free membership, and then go away on a vacation, business trip, or any other event occurs that prevents them from checking their email, that they forfeit all awarded free days which were granted whilst they was away. It is your responsibility to check you email daily to ensure you know that you have won at the time the free membership is granted.
8. Members who join using a free email address will be requested to  send us an email from their paid ISP email address.  Failure to do so will result in the account being suspended until such time as we receive the required email.  Refunds will not be issued if the member fails to comply.
9. When joining members are required to enter the full postal address of the credit card they are using.  Failure to do so will result in the account being suspended until such time as we receive the required address.  Refunds will not be issued if the member fails to comply.
10. Subscribers agree to immediately inform Goddesspost.com of any changes in credit card number, expiration date, subscriber address, or similar information. (It's a big hassle for everyone when what we know about you doesn't match what your bank does.)
11. No warranty is made by Goddesspost.com regarding any information, services, or products provided by or through the online service, including not limited to, any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of the information or services provided herein. (For example, if we make a mistake about a fact on a gallery page, for example, and you publish an article containing the incorrect fact, and then you lose your job, house, spouse, and self-esteem as a result, in plain English, it's your problem not ours.)
12. Any messages submitted by Subscribers to Goddesspost.com shall be submitted to the proper e-mail address. Mail sent in to an obviously wrong e-mail address will probably be lost in the electronic jungle. A list of our contact e-mail addresses is on the FAQ page.
13. This Agreement, and all business conducted under it, shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
